WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards. 

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to michaelvlamis.com. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We ship using USPS, UPS, & DHL.  All items are pre order anew will ship according to the timeline listed on the sale page, the product description and the terms of service at checkout. Shipping delays may occur because of Covid 19.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

Michael Vlamis unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to locate and monitor the progress of your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at merch@michaelvlamis.com. To track the progress of all orders, please visit the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Michael Vlamis can not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

WHERE IS MICHAEL VLAMIS MERCH PRODUCED?

Michael Vlamis merch is produced by Blank clo in downtown Los Angeles. Every item is softened, thinned out, distressed and hand dyed to give you the best quality.  That means that every item is uniquely and authentically one of a kind. 

The vibe is that every tee has already been in your closet for the past 20 years. Which means some might have ripped hems, tears, staining, and extra love. We take every imperfection as part of the character of the tee.
 

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SIZED?
We understand it can be difficult to figure out your sizing.  Blank clo blanks are meant to have a boxy oversized fit. You can check in with our size chart on the product page. 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If for some reason the product you have received does not meet your expectations, please email sup@michaelvlamis.com within 7 days of receiving your item.   

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE?
Please reach out to us at merch@michaelvlamis.com. We always want to do our best to get you the correct items. We will do our best to make it right.

 

THE SALE IS PRE-ORDER. WHY WAS PART OF MY ORDER UNABLE TO BE FULFILLED AND REFUNDED?
We do our best to fulfill every order and produce the correct amount of product. Sometimes at the time of production color ways or sizes in a blank might be unavailable or there was damage or quality issues during production. We want to make sure we are always providing the best product we can. Pre selling means that sometimes post production that is out of our control.

 

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT? 
Unfortunately items cannot be added or changed to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item. 

 

CAN ORDERS BE COMBINED TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?
We are not able to currently combine orders.

 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT. 
If you selected ROUTE insurance at check out please reach out directly to them. If you did not select to have your package insured through route please reach out to the carrier selected at checkout directly to file a claim.

Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package please file a claim  

Once a claim has been filed the carrier will investigate if the item was indeed delivered. Based on their investigation, if they report that the item was delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can provide assistance if The carrier reports item is lost or was not delivered.

The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. Michael Vlamis is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic event.
